We are introducing five new chooks (that's Aussie for chicken) into our flock! We have previously only introduced new layers in the summer, but not the winter. Some exciting new challenges await!
Only a couple of our current layers lay with any regularity (most are well over three years old, but they were free!), so we needed to up our egg game! Once you've had farm fresh eggs, it is impossible to go back to store bought eggs!
